1. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only after a 25% advance is received and acknowledged by our office. The balance is payable before departure from Haridwar. Prices are per person on twin sharing and include the items listed on the package page.

2. Cancellation and refunds

• 15 or more days before departure: 25% of the package cost is retained
• 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% is retained
• Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: no refund
• Helicopter packages follow separate operator terms shared at the time of booking

3. Changes to the itinerary

The Char Dham route is in a high mountain region. Weather, landslides, road closures, temple schedules and government restrictions can require changes to hotels, routes or timings. We will always provide the closest available alternative, but no refund is payable for changes caused by conditions outside our control.

4. Travel documents and fitness

Every traveller must carry a valid government photo ID. Travellers with heart, respiratory or serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before booking; a fitness certificate may be required for helicopter yatra and for pilgrims above 75 years.

5. Hotels and transport

Hotel names are confirmed before departure. In peak season, equivalent or better properties may be substituted. Vehicle type is confirmed at booking; the same vehicle is not guaranteed if a route closure requires a smaller or larger vehicle.

6. Liability

We act as a booking agent for hotels, transport and helicopter operators. We are not liable for delays, injuries or losses caused by weather, road conditions, operator cancellations or events beyond our reasonable control. Travel insurance is recommended.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
